Session Details
Sole use of the Embrr Sauna site for up to 10 people (the sauna itself seats 6 at a time). Depending on the type of night you fancy, a speaker, BBQ and marshmallows to toast are available on request.
Cancellation Policy
We want every visit to EMBRR Sauna to be relaxing, straightforward and enjoyable. Please read the following booking policy before making your reservation. Bookings & Payment All sauna sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received your booking confirmation. Please check your booking details carefully, including the date, time and number of guests. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us at least 48 hours' notice before the start of your session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session may be refunded or transferred to another available date. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Where possible, we will try to help you move your booking, but changes are subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session so you have time to get ready and be shown around the site. Your booking is for a fixed time slot. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session because this could affect the next booking. Late arrivals are not eligible for a full or partial refund. Weather & Outdoor Conditions EMBRR Sauna operates in Cumbria, where weather conditions can change quickly. Sessions will normally continue during rain, cold weather and other typical outdoor conditions. However, if we believe conditions are unsafe — for example because of severe weather, flooding, high winds or another situation outside our reasonable control — we may need to delay, relocate or cancel a session. If EMBRR Sauna cancels your session, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected booking. Health & Safety All guests must complete our Guest Consent and Wellbeing Agreement in advance of your visit.
